We are so excited to share wonderful products made by entrepreneurial women to A List celebrities and their babies! There are so many fun, trendy and unique products out there just waiting to be discovered and at BabySwags.com we hope to be that bridge that joins the two together.

What is included in your Baby Swags Baskets?
Within our Baby Swag bags, we will be including such products as bath and body, jewelry for mom and baby, along with unique handmade baby clothing, baby blankets, bibs, burp cloths, home decor, and personalized baby products. At this time we have decided to not include any direct market companies. We are only looking for unique, genuine mom-made or mom-invented products.

How much does it cost me to be included? Please email us at Baby Swags for more information. Each basket has it's own inclusion fee that is based on the celebrity involved. Basket inclusions are anywhere from $75.00-$500.00 depending on the situation and are subject to change at any time.

Why do I have to pay to be included?
Baby Swags is a celebrity gifting & entertainment marketing company and you will be paying for the services provided. Your fee goes towards the set up of the basket, the photos which are edited and enhanced for website usage, writing the initial press release, distribution and the potential media exposure that can be generated.

What are the benefits for this service?
The benefit of using Baby Swags is for a marketing tool only. Do not go into this venture with high expectations. We are providing a service to you that will submit your products or services to expecting celebrities or after their baby has been born. We will be generating a press release for each celebrity basket. One thing that we have learned is that, yes, everyone wants to have their products seen and photographed in a celebrities hands, however, the press release will ultimately increase your site traffic which is what we are aiming to do. You want to gain more exposure to your website. There is also the possibility that local newspaper editors will pick up your story and write an editorial on your business! The more people that visit, the greater chances of sales. We will provide constant contact with you before, during and after the basket has been sent.

Is there any guarantee the celebrity will be seen with my product?
There is no guarantee for anything in life and we are no different. We want you to understand that we aim to have products placed directly into celebrity hands, but as you may know, many have agents, publicists, managers that are authorized to accept gifts such as these on their behalf. We do our best to verify and double verify our sources and submit as directed.

Is there any guarantee that I will be contacted by a celebrity?
There could be a chance that a celebrity or their "people" may contact you directly so please be sure to include ALL your contact information! You may also wish to send us a Self Addressed Stamped Envelope in a 9" x 11" size along with a letter to welcome the new baby. If a celebrity were to contact you, please remember that these things take time and that they are extremely busy. You may wait up to 3 months for a reply. Be patient.

What about personalized gifts? Can I send them?
You can send personalized gifts, however you must realize that Baby Swags is not to be held responsible for the accuracy of celebrity baby names. We would advise you to keep your products neutral in color or if anything, refrain from using a real name. Other alternatives would be to use "Prince" or "Princess" in place of real names.

Do I get to use Baby Swags logo or other images on my website?
Yes, you are able to use our logo, button graphic and text links to place on your press pages. You have authorization to post the press release that has been distributed naming your company as a sponsor. You are also authorized to place images of the basket your company has been included in on your website providing you use the wording "image courtesy of BabySwags.com" with a link back to Baby Swags.com. You are to understand that the celebrity is not endorsing your product nor should it be mentioned as such.

Do you offer advertising packages?
Yes! We do offer advertising on our website. Right now we are offering two advertising options. You can place your 125x125 button with a link to your site under our featured sponsors area on any or all pages for a monthly fee of $40.00. We also offer the same placement for button size 125x125 in a 3 month package for $30.00 per month, which is a savings of $30.00. This offer is valid through December 31, 2007, so be sure to lock into that rate soon! At that time, prices are subject to change without advanced noticed.

Will my press release be picked up by the media?
With our press release writing service, there is again, no guarantee that it will be picked up by any specific form of media. It will be distributed via PrWeb. For additional fees we can also distribute the release to your local newspapers. There is a good chance for your local newspapers to write up an editorial on your business, which is what you are aiming to do. Please contact us for more details if you would like us to write your press release for you.

What rating will my press release receive?
We aim to have your press release written and distributed with a 4 or 5 rating. If it is given anything lower than a 4 we will continue writing and editing until your release is given a 4 or 5.

Can I be refunded?
No, unfortunately with dealing with press and celebrities there is no guarantee for media exposure, however Baby Swags will do it's best to get your products some recognition. We make no promises that we cannot keep and no guarantees that cannot be guaranteed!
