Welcome to the Baby Swags Sponsorship Program.
If you would like to be a part of our sponsorship program for your small business or would like to participate in our corporate sponsorship program, below you will find the different package levels that have been put in place with your company in mind. If you do not see a level package that suits your marketing needs, please send us an email and request a personalized quote.
Baby Swags Event Sponsor
Sponsorship Rate: Varies Per Event
Event Benefits: - Your company will be the Official gift bag for the agreed upon Baby Swags Event.
- Your company must provide Baby Swags with the required amount of logo gift bags (varies per event), with your company logo on one side and the Baby Swags logo on the other.
- Your company will be included in all press releases related to the agreed upon event.
- Your company will be included on all marketing and publicity materials, including newsletters and print.
- Your company must supply Baby Swags with your web banner sized either 125x125 or 234x60 and your company will be listed on the specific event page, and on the pages where we list our sponsors (bottom of various pages on babyswags.com). Your company will be directly linked to your website using those banners supplied.
- Your company may supply as many products as you see fit for the agreed upon event.
Event Gift Bag -Marketing Inserts
Sponsorship Rate: $500.00
Details: With this type of marketing strategy, you will be able to place your marketing materials within our gift bags. Simply send us your catalogs, fliers, brochures, media kits, and don't forget your business cards and your information will reach everyone within that particular event. Quantities required will vary depending on the agreed upon event.
Gift Basket Corporate Sponsorship
Sponsorship Rate: $1500.00
Details: If you are a corporate business and would like to team up with Baby Swags and sponsor one of our baskets that will make it's way to a celebrity new mom, we would require you to send us your product/s, all your marketing materials, a 300dpi logo, product information, pricing, and where it can be purchased. Baby Swags will set up an individual webpage showcasing the sponsored basket and provide readers with information on how they can too can receive the participating products. This webpage will be different than our standard "Who's Been Swagged" pages. You will then be named as our corporate sponsor and will be included on all our marketing and publicity materials, and be named in our press release following the shipment of the basket.
Gift Basket Giveaway Sponsor
Sponsorship Rate: $500.00
Giveaway Details: If your company would like to team up with Baby Swags and provide our readers with your products by having us host your giveaway, we would require the following: - Product must have a retail value of $200.00. This can be one single item or a grouping of products.
- You must provide us with a product image that can be placed on babyswags.com as well as listed on the Baby Swags Blog.
- You must provide us with your URL and any facts that would help to sell your product, such as a celebrity testimonial, or a local newspaper article that was written about your company.
- You must provide us with a 125x125 button to be placed on your giveaway page.
- This giveaway will be listed from the first of the month to the end of the month and all registrants will go through babyswags.com.
- Baby Swags will provide you with your lucky winner at the end of the giveaway and you will be responsible for shipping costs and getting it to your winner in a timely manner.
We are happy to work with you and your company. If you do not see a package that fits well with your company, please contact us and we will provide you with your own customized sponsorship package.
